「資料を共有します」は英語で何て言う？

share は『相手に共有する』なら普通 share ... with you の形にします。送るだけなら I'll send you the document. が自然です。
もう一つ
メールでは “Please find the materials attached.” も使えますが少し硬めです。普段は “I've attached the materials.” が自然です。
