先說你卡在哪
工作裡請同事幫忙，最好先指出具體部分，而不是隻說“我不懂”。像“Could you walk me through this?”或“Can you explain this chart to me?”都很自然，聽起來是請對方幫你一起看，不是把問題直接丟過去。
這些說法很自然
“What are you stuck on?”和“Could you go over that part again?”都很常見。前者先問你卡住哪裡，後者是在請對方重複一小段，語氣比“Say again”更禮貌，也比硬說“Explain again”更軟。
別直譯成中文腔
很多中文母語者會說“Please explain me this”或“Help me understand this, please”一口氣堆太多。更自然的是“Could you explain this to me?”，或者直接說“I'm not sure about this part.”，語氣更像辦公室裡正常的同事請求。
