try not to 是什麼意思？怎麼用
Try not to 表示“儘量別……”“努力不要……”。說話人不是保證絕對不會，而是表示會控制自己，常帶一點輕鬆、幽默或客氣的感覺。
什麼時候說
- 說自己會避免做某件事："I'll try not to be late."
- 半開玩笑地說自己不會添亂："I'll try not to embarrass you."
- 輕一點地提醒別人："Try not to make too much noise."
- 後面通常接動詞原形，不說 "try not to doing"："Try not to laugh."
語氣： 語氣通常是隨意到中性；比直接說 "don't" 更柔和，但也比 "I won't" 弱。對情緒很重的人說 "Try not to worry"，有時會顯得有點輕描淡寫。

常見問題
"try not to" 是不是表示“很可能還是會做”？
不一定。它的核心是“我會努力避免”，所以比絕對的 "I won't" 弱一點，但不等於說話人一定會那樣做。
"try not to" 後面為什麼不能接 doing？
因為 try 在這裡後面接不定式結構："try not to + 動詞原形"。所以說 "try not to laugh"，不說 "try not to laughing"。
