try not to 是什么意思？怎么用
Try not to 表示“尽量别……”“努力不要……”。说话人不是保证绝对不会，而是表示会控制自己，常带一点轻松、幽默或客气的感觉。
什么时候说
- 说自己会避免做某件事："I'll try not to be late."
- 半开玩笑地说自己不会添乱："I'll try not to embarrass you."
- 轻一点地提醒别人："Try not to make too much noise."
- 后面通常接动词原形，不说 "try not to doing"："Try not to laugh."
语气： 语气通常是随意到中性；比直接说 "don't" 更柔和，但也比 "I won't" 弱。对情绪很重的人说 "Try not to worry"，有时会显得有点轻描淡写。

常见问题
"try not to" 是不是表示“很可能还是会做”？
不一定。它的核心是“我会努力避免”，所以比绝对的 "I won't" 弱一点，但不等于说话人一定会那样做。
"try not to" 后面为什么不能接 doing？
因为 try 在这里后面接不定式结构："try not to + 动词原形"。所以说 "try not to laugh"，不说 "try not to laughing"。
